Cinema’s glimpses of the condemnations and sacrifices, beauties and tragedies of the planet: with a special dedicated to the 80th Venice Film Festivalwhich takes place from August 30th to September 9th, opens the new edition of «la Lettura», n. 612, on Saturday, August 19th in the app and Sunday, August 20th in the kiosk.

The armistice of September 8, 1943 was signed 80 years ago. How to deal with it: the conversation between the historians Elena Aga Rossi, Filippo Focardi and Alessandra Tarquini, edited by Antonio Carioti; also the interventions of the philologist Donatella Puliga and the historian Marco Cuzzi.
