The agreement also references a $150-million minimum loan StadCo must draw from an MLB infrastructure financing facility, along with additional credit lines and an owner-equity commitment.

Approval there would finalize the commitments, setting the actual stage for construction to begin. Team officials have continuously said they want to be in the new facility in time for the 2029 season.
