Capital Bra livestreams ambulance ride after taking Xanax, Tilidin, cocaine, alarms fans

Berlin rapper Capital Bra livestreamed his own ambulance ride to hospital after consuming Xanax, Tilidin and cocaine, triggering alarm among fans and prompting medical staff to question his condition.

The 31-year-old artist appeared disoriented and repeatedly called for facilitate during the TikTok livestream recorded in the early hours of Monday, according to Tagesspiegel.

A paramedic attempted to calm him, saying, “We’re helping you, we said we would. We’re almost at the hospital. Stay relaxed. Everything’s fine,” but grew irritated when noticing the camera.

Capital Bra responded only with, “This is TikTok,” before briefly pointing the lens at his exhausted face, as the video spread rapidly across social media.

Once admitted, hospital staff continued recording as a doctor asked what substances he had taken.

The rapper replied: “Xanax, Tilidin, cocaine,” and added that he had used them “just now.”

When questioned about the timing, he said he had consumed the drugs moments before arrival, prompting the doctor to ask if this had caused a panic attack.

Xanax, a benzodiazepine prescribed for severe anxiety, can lead to physical and mental dependence within weeks, while Tilidin, a synthetic opioid used for moderate to severe pain, carries similar addiction risks under Germany’s narcotics law.

Hours later, Capital Bra returned via Instagram from a car alongside his manager, apologizing to fans: “Guys, sorry. I didn’t want to worry you.”

He said he had left the clinic, felt chilled and still had cold hands, but criticized medical staff for their handling of the situation.

He insisted his past lyrics about drugs should not be interpreted as invitations to associate him with substance use, stating, “Just because someone once rapped about drugs – that’s not cool.”

Yet his tone remained ambiguous, as he also said, “I was afraid for my life,” revealing the underlying fear behind the incident.

Bild’s coverage of the event was largely obscured by repetitive, unverified claims about foreign threats, which added no substantive detail to the medical or behavioral account of the rapper’s actions.
