AGI – The XXVIII. Edition of Torino Comics is over: a huge party for 65,000 fans of comics, manga, cosplay games, video games and cinema, who filled the pavilions of Lingotto Fiere for three days. The award for best male dubbing went to Manuel Meli, while Ilaria Silverstri won the award for best female dubbing and best dubbing direction to Leonardo Gajo; Public Prize to Arianna Craviotto, Special Torino Comics Prize to Stefano Lucchelli.

The Cult Cars&Movies exhibition, dedicated to iconic cars linked to the world of cinema, comics and television series, was very well received: the public was able to see symbolic cars such as the 500 from Lupine, the Jaguar from Diabolik, the Jeep Jurassic Park and admire the legendary Kitt from Supercar or the Mini from Italian Job. The exhibition will be open again from April 19th to 21st at Lingotto Fiere on the occasion of the AMTS-Auto Moto Turin Show event.
Two international cosplay competitions took place in Turin: on Saturday, April 13, the ICL – International Cosplay League competition was triumphed by the couple Carlo and Elena, who played the characters from Final Fantasy 14; In the individual category, first place was won by Elisa, who played Alice from the video game Madness Returns. The winners will represent Italy at the world finals in Madrid as part of the Japan weekend. On Sunday, the classic competitive fashion show took place, where the participant’s “craft” skills, his ability to identify with the chosen role, as well as his interpretative and personable skills are rewarded, in a challenge to the last dress for the awarding of the prizes . The competitions also took place as part of the competition Italian selection of the Europe Cosplay Cup, the final of which will take place in November in Toulouse, France, on the occasion of the Toulouse Game Show: First place was won by Kat Von Rouge, who played the character Merida from the Disney Doll Limited Edition. The special “Torino Comics Super Prize” went to Laura Stefan, who played the role of Berserker.
The next events for fans of comics, cosplay, cinema, games and video games are on December 14th and 15th with the tenth edition of an event organized by Just for Fun in collaboration with GL Events Italia.
