Elodie Gossuin: We know because the top 50 are actually 40 years old, which is about my age. The Top 50 rocked our childhood, our youth and much more, as Jérôme Anthony continued for years on W9. For me the top 50 were the clips, the madness of Mylène Farmer, Michael Jackson, boy bands like 2Be3 or Jeanne Mas and Co.

For me it’s Céline Dion, I’m a total fan of Céline. Otherwise Michael Jackson.
After your years as a beauty queen, you quickly turned to the media. Was it this experience that made you want to work in television or radio, or was it something you had dreamed of before?
No, I didn’t dream about it. I’ll be honest, for me it was something inaccessible. I thought it only worked on relationships, only on pistons. Through my guest appearances on numerous radio shows, especially during my move, I discovered the contact with the audience and the magic of radio with its mistakes, the relief it creates, the exchange with people, the moment. I liked it immediately. I tried to do modeling, I met radio presenters and the first one who gave me a chance was Manu Levy. Radio is what I miss most today. If I could combine a bit of radio with my TV fun today in the M6 group, that would be great.
You have been working with M6 for six years, you have never had a particularly strong program like “France has incredible talent” or “The best pastry chef”, you often do music shows. Is this a disappointment for you?
Oh no, because I have a lot of fun, and even if they are one-off shows, we can imagine the image of a simple job if it requires a lot of preparation.
“I enjoy entertainment because it also makes me more alive by broadcasting life on television. After that, I would love a recurring show.”

Yes, because there are many people. I love baking, but on a human level I love the relationships that come from a show like this.
On March 12th, W9, a big evening is being prepared to mark the 100th anniversary of children’s rights. You just shot it, what can we say about this Grand Prime?
W9, the M6 group, has been supporting UNICEF for several years. The idea is to be able to show viewers concretely what UNICEF is doing on site. That means vaccinations, access to school for young children, etc. For example, if you buy a pack of UNICEF greeting cards, that is equivalent to 20 doses of polio vaccine. I regularly do missions for UNICEF, I was in Senegal, Mauritania and the last mission was in Djibouti.
But to raise awareness of these issues, it has to be celebratory.
It has to be festive and it is because we invite the greatest French artists to play the game and sing with a child. The message is very clear, it is very beautiful, but we celebrate, we are never in pathos, we have the right to celebrate and talk about important things to help. And that is also important.
