“The Chemistry of Death”, the English-German thriller series based on Simon Beckett’s bestseller

A German-UK co-production, The Chemistry of Death takes us into the literary world of Simon Beckett to ease the summer heat with a trip to the English countryside. The television adaptation of the first novel in the saga introduces the character of David Hunter, a tormented forensic anthropologist on loan to the provinces and mentored by Beckett himself, with Sukey Venables Fisher writing the screenplay and Richard Clark directing. The episodes will be available exclusively on Paramount+ starting August 3.
