Eurovision 2023 has passed its verdict. Swedish singer Loreen won in Liverpool on May 13, 2023.
Sweden was crowned the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday 13 May 2023 in Liverpool. The Swedish representative Loreen collected the most points with her title “Tattoo”. She had previously won the competition in 2012 with the track “Euphoria,” making her the second artist in history to win the singing competition twice, and the first woman to do so.
La Zarra’s reaction to the public announcement of the points has been controversial. France’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest, singer La Zarra, took 16th place on Saturday night with her track “Evidemment”. A performance that was quickly overshadowed by his hand gesture when the crowd announced the points awarded to France. The Quebecer actually raised her middle finger. It was “definitely not” a middle finger, she defended herself after the competition.
