Patrick Bruel, M. Pokora and Hoshi are among the artists who will perform in Paris on Wednesday evening during a benefit concert for victims of the Morocco earthquake, broadcast live by M6, the broadcaster announced on Tuesday. Titled Anything with MoroccoThis concert, which will take place at the Dôme de Paris-Palais des Sports from 9:10 p.m., is organized “in collaboration with the French Red Cross and in favor of the Moroccan Red Crescent,” M6 said in a press release.
The announced artists also include Claudio CapeoFaudel, Natasha St Pier, Tina ArenaYves Duteil, La Troupe de Molière, Joseph Kamel and Ycare.
According to the latest report, nearly 2,900 people have died since Friday evening in this earthquake, the deadliest in the kingdom in more than sixty years. It devastated entire villages of earth or mud houses in a mountainous region of the High Atlas, where landslides still made access to affected villages difficult.
