MADRID, June 20 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The sole shareholders of Robert Bosch Spain and SIA Abrasives Spain have approved the merger by adding the second company to the Spanish company of the energy multinational, the Official Journal of the Commercial Register (Borme) published on Tuesday.
Thus, Bosch Spain takes over SIA Abrasives through dissolution without liquidation and the transfer of all its assets to Bosch Spain, which acquires all its rights and obligations by universal succession.
The company told Europa Press that the goal of this integration is to simplify processes, reduce complexity and make it easier to collaborate with colleagues. In this way, the 12 people that SIA Abrasive employs in Spain will be integrated into Bosch Power Tools.
Approval of the merger is dated June 14, whereby both creditors and employees of both companies have the right to receive the full text of the decisions taken and the merger balance sheets, and creditors can object to the merger in accordance with the provisions of Article 44 of Law 3/2009.
