Constantino Luis Marino’s analogue photos are on display in Salerno

“Traveller from other worlds” is the title of the exhibition that opens in the historic center of Salerno Camera Chiara Gallery Sala PosaFriday, March 10 at 7 p.m. to see 14 images from over four hundred recordingsviewed by artists from all over the world Constantine Luis Marino. Every shot has a meaning and tells its why. The image is not just a tool of investigation, but becomes the narration of an experience, the cultural and geographical passport with which the artist has traveled and will travel. «The event arose from a chance meeting between two photographers – said Costantino Luis Marino at the press conference –, me, a globetrotter and Armando Cerzosimo, (photographer and owner of the showroom, ed.). The collaboration made it possible to create an exhibition of my travels the cultures of many countries. The choice fell on analogue photographs, even in times of digital recordings, preferably not in classic black and white, but in a very delicate sepia tint, a noble Prussian blue and others, with the famous Kodachrome. Landscapes and characters on the catwalk, i.e. passing through Mauritania, the Mediterranean countries, the Maghreb to Egypt and Sudan and the Indian Ocean. The exhibition benefiting from the moral patronage Municipality of Salerno and Cna, National Association of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterpriseswill be enriched by a series of events up to the finissage on March 21st.
